Steps for On-site Enrollment

Step 1

Go to the Registrar’s Office (Ground floor of SCC ELEM building) and fill out the enrolment form.

Step 2

Go to the cashier (Ground floor of SCC ELEM building) and pay the entrance fee amounting to 1,000.00 pesos.

Step 3

Go to the MIS Office for ID application (3rd Floor of Patrick Campeon, CCS building). Ask the security guard for assistance.

Step 4

Go to the SCC Garment Center located at the 2nd Floor of YDC Gym for the sizing of school uniform. For book purchases, you can go to our school bookstore located at the ground floor of YDC Gym.
Kindergarten
Grade 1
Transferees

K1- 4 yrs. old as of Oct 31, 2023
K2 – 5 yrs. old as of Oct 31, 2023

Requirement:

  • PSA Birth Certificate

Requirements:

  • Must have completed Kindergarten
  • ECCD Checklist
  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • Kindergarten Certificate of Completion

  • Report Card/ Form 138 from previous grade level

New Enrollees

Step 1

Ask the person seated at the Information Table for your enrollment inquiries and concerns

Step 2

Ask for an enrollment form and fill it out completely. Ask for a help if needed from any of the faculty/staff.

Step 3

Proceed to FORM VERIFICATION table still at the ground floor lobby for final checking.

Step 4

Bring the filled-out enrollment Form to the Cashier’s Office and pay the required down payment. Then, enrollment process is done.

Transferees

Step 1

Ask the person seated at the Information Table at the ground floor lobby for your enrollment inquiries and concerns

Step 2

Go to the Principal’s Office for an interview with the student.

Step 3

Fill-out the enrollment form completely. Ask help from any of the JHS faculty/staff for a help, if needed.

Step 4

Proceed to FORM VERIFICATION ‘s table still at the ground floor lobby after the enrollment has completely filled out.

Step 5

Bring the filled-out enrollment Form to the Cashier’s Office and pay the required down payment. Enrollment process is done

Step 1

Visit the Information Office located at the ground floor of Edmund Buhl (EB) Building and secure your admission form.

Step 2

Fill the admission form and hand it to the Information Office personnel for the input of your personal information in the school system.

Step 3

Have your admission form signed by the Guidance Director at the Guidance Office located at the ground floor of St. Therese (ST) building

Step 4

Proceed to the Treasurer’s office at the ground floor of Patrick Campeon (PC) building and pay the enrollment fee amounting Php. 100.00.

Step 5

Have your admission form signed by the Senior High School Principal

Step 6

Submit your signed admission form to the Senior High School Registrar’s Office at the second floor of the Sean Nolan (SN) Building and claim your Certificate of Enrollment

Step 7

Go to the SCC Garment Center located at the YDC Gym for the sizing of school uniform. For book purchases, you can go to our school bookstore located at the ground floor of YDC Gym.

Step 8

Book an ID Appointment. Once it is approved, visit the MIS Office for ID application then go to the DSA Office and request an ID validation sticker.

Step 1

Go to the MIS Office (4th Floor of Patrick Campeon Bldg.). Fill out the Student Information form and get your EDP Number. (For new students)

Step 2

Go to the DSA Office (ground floor of Saint Therese Bldg.) for verification and admission to the school system.

Step 3

Go to the Guidance Office (ground floor of Saint Therese Bldg.) for inputting of student information.

Step 4

Go to the Cashier (ground floor of P.C. Bldg.) and pay the entrance fee (Php.600.00 for college & Php.700.00 for Law/Graduate School)

Step 5

Go to your Department for advising and selection of subjects.

Step 6

Go to the Registrar Office (ground floor of Saint Therese Bldg.) for the issuance of Certificate of Enrollment.

Step 7

Go to the SCC Garment Center located at the YDC Gym for the sizing of school uniform. For book purchases, you can go to our school bookstore located at the ground floor of YDC Gym.

Step 8

Book an ID Appointment. Once it is approved, visit the MIS Office for ID application then go to the DSA Office and request an ID validation sticker.
SCHOLARSHIPS
  • Academic Scholarships – Academic scholarship grant is awarded to regular students who meet the required general weighted average (GWA)/ grade point average (GPA) and has no major offense in the preceding semester.
  • Diocesan Scholarship – Dicoesan Scholarship will be offered to students who demonstrates active participation and Catholic leadership in their parish and parish youth ministry program
  • LGU Scholarship – SCC accepts scholarship providers who like to see people from their community succeed and so they often offer local scholarships available only to residents of a particular geographic region such as the LGU.
  • Study Now Pay Later – The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) is launching a new lending program to boost the capacity of private academic institutions to implement a ‘study now, pay later’ scheme for its students.
  • The Harp Publication – Students who have passion and talent for journalism and media communication must undergo a screening for the determination of their qualifications to join the school publication of SCC. Members will enjoy a financial and scholarship aid/discount for that matter.
  • Reserved Officers Training Corps – Students who pursue ROTC under the National Service Training Program shall be eligible for the scholarship.
    SSG – Saint Columban College administration will be scouting for possible student grants through a comprehensive exam to determine the eligibility. SG’s will be performing administrative tasks for the school, and will enjoy a student discount.
  • Alumni Scholarship – Scholarships are merit and leadership scholarships awarded through an application screening by alumni volunteers and selection by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.
  • Private Institution Scholarship – Saint Columban College will accept scholarship or financial aid through an external scholarship, depending on the aid provided to you before the enrollment.
  • Grand Student Council Scholarship – Supreme student leaders who won in yearly university-wide elections in Saint Columban College are also entitled to receive a financial aid scholarship.
  • Sports Scholarship – Sports Scholarships are awarded to exemplary students in the field of sports who can represent Saint Columban College at interwide, provincial, regional, and national sports competition in an individual based predominantly on his or her ability to play in a sport.
