A graduate from the College of Business Education (CBE) of Saint Columban College (SCC), Pagadian City, has brought pride to the institution after topping the recent Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination (REALE) administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Mr. Joseph Leo C. Flores emerged as the Top 4 among hundreds of examinees nationwide, earning a top rating of 90.00% in the exam last July 22, 2025.
His achievement not only marks a significant milestone for SCC but also reflects the excellence and competitiveness of its business and real estate education.
The PRC announced that 968 out of 1,356 successfully passed the REALE, reinforcing the demand for qualified professionals in the country’s growing real estate industry.
