SCC holds Pag-Ila-Ila ’26

Saint Columban College (SCC) introduced key offices, facilities, and student support services to students during the Pag-Ila-ila: Students’ General Assembly held on July 3, 2026, as part of the institution’s efforts to prepare learners for the new academic year.

The orientation gathered students in a campus-wide assembly where faculty and staff members provided an overview of the various offices and the services they offer.
The program featured orientations from staff members of the Grand Student Council (GranSCil), Campus Ministry Office (CMO), Guidance Office, Health Services Office (HSO), Research Office, Library, and Quality Assurance Office (QAO).

“This academic journey is not only about earning a degree, and then graduate with awards…it is about discovering who you are, what you value, and how you want to shape your future,” Dr. Mario F. Alayon, Vice President for Academic Affairs said during his opening remarks.

The activity aimed to familiarize students with the resources available to them and encourage them to seek assistance whenever needed throughout their stay in the institution.
