In its commitment to delivering quality education throughout Zamboanga Peninsula and its neighboring regions, Saint Columban College’s top management and heads of the different departments and offices attended a 2-day Strategic Risk Management Training. The purpose of this training was to promote a healthy risk culture, where risk is a routine and forms part of the priority measures in the institution, develop a consistent approach to addressing the risk across the institution, and strengthen accountability, transparency, and responsibility as the school leaders in SCC.
The activity was held at the Buenavista Campus on August 7-8, 2023. Other school leaders from the Diocesan Schools also took part in the training. Representatives from the Board of Trustees, students, faculty, and staff were present in the training.
